La planta principal de las viviendas eran antiguos talleres de carpintería sin luz natural separadas de los vecinos por paredes altas. La remodelación integró la primera planta y creó espacios diáfanos enlazados. El diseño interior se basa en líneas limpias que ceden el protagonismo a las materias primas, como el hormigón pulido y el mármol, y suelos de madera.

The main floor of the house was an old carpenter´s workshop with no natural light, separated from its neighbours by a high wall. The renovation integrated the first floor and created a wide-open space, linking together the two areas. The interior design is based on clean lines that give prominence to raw materials such as polished concrete and marble.

L´étage principal de la maison était un ancien atelier de menuiserie sans lumière naturelle, séparé des voisins par un très haut mur. La rénovation a regroupé le premier étage et a créé un espace ouvert en reliant les deux espaces. La conception intérieure est basée sur des lignes épurées qui donnent la priorité aux matières premières comme le béton poli ou le marbre.
